Arrival / Departure: Arrivals are between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please call us 1 hour before arrival, allowing us to receive you in the best conditions. The day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated before 12:00, but you can enjoy the public facilities in the afternoon, as long as you like.

Rooms: We thank you to kindly turn off the lights and TV when you leave your room. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. We recommend that you not use bathroom towels outside the room.

Breakfast: is served between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM, on the terrace by the pool, in Nippa, or in the dining room of the villa according to weather conditions. 

Swimming pool, relaxation, leisure and fitness area: Open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Pool: For your safety we ask you to respect the opening hours of the pool (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM). A shower is required before swimming. Children who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult. People with contagious or skin diseases may not use the pool. The placement of a towel on the deck chair cushions is mandatory.

Hammam / SPA / Sauna: Access is prohibited for children under 16 years of age unaccompanied by an adult. Solar creams and oils are strictly prohibited in the spa.

Games Room & Fitness:The games (pinball, table football ...) are made available free of charge. Children must be supervised by an adult. The use of the pool & gym equipment is prohibited for children under 16 years old without adult supervision.

Home Cinema: It is forbidden to enter the cinema wet or wearing wet clothing. The room is prohibited for children under 16 years old unaccompanied by an adult.

Parking spaces: It is entirely closed with an automatic gate. There is a limit of one vehicle per room. The loss or damage of the remote control entrusted to you is charged at replacement value of 45 €.

Garden : It is forbidden to walk on the lawn.
