Reservation policy

Article 1 - We will reserve the best possible reception for our guests. We are committed to personally receiving our guests to ensure a pleasant stay and to help them get to know the region.

Article 2 - Length of stay: This contract is signed for a fixed period. The customer may in no circumstances invoke a right to tenure.

Article 3 - Contract Conclusion: The reservation will become effective as soon as the customer has paid a deposit to the owner. Deposit set at 30% (minimum 1 night) of the total price of the stay. Price includes all charges.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the client: All cancellations must be notified by letter, fax, telegram or e-mail sent to the owner.

  1. a. Before the start of the stay:
    - In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit shall be forfeit.
    - In case of a cancellation within 24 hours preceding the start of the stay, the owner retains the deposit and reserves the right to demand the balance of the price of accommodation.

  2. b. If the customer does not arrive before 7:00 PM on the scheduled date of arrival, the contract becomes void and the owner may reserve the room for another guest.
    - The owner retains the deposit and reserves the right to ask the client for balance of the price of accommodation.

  3. c. In case of a shortened stay, the price for the cost of accommodation will remain due to the owner.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: If the owner cancels the stay before the start of the holiday, he must notify the customer by letter with return receipt. The customer will immediately be refunded all payment.

Article 6 - Arrival: The client must be present on the day specified in the contract. In case of arrival after 19 hours, the customer must notify the owner.

Article 7 - Payment of balance: The balance is due upon arrival. Additional servives not mentioned in this contract will be settled at the conclusion of the stay.

Article 8 - Occupancy Tax: The tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the landlord who then transfers to the local tax authority.

Article 9 - Use of the property: The customer must respect the tranquillity of the property which is to be used for its intended purpose. The rooms will be vacated in good condition. The customer must also respect the rules established by the owner and which will be presented upon arrival.

Article 10 - Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional customers. This refusal can be considered as an amendment or a breach of contract at the owner’s discretion. In case of departure of the customer, no refunds can be considered.
